My wife & I had a night to ourselves in Annapolis, and glad we picked this spot. We really wanted some good MD seafood, and that's exactly what we got. We both had creme of crab soup, the best we've ever had with sweet lumps of crab in every bite. She also got the crab cakes, and again were delicious. 2 crab cakes for $32 seems a bit high, but she couldn't only finish half and had a great lunch today. I had the Rockfish, which is perfectly paired with the sun dried tomato risotto and fresh sautéed spinach.
We made reservations and were seated immediately we chose to sit inside, but could have waited another 20 mins for an outside table (outside tables are first come first served). The restaurant was loud at 8:15pm with several large groups. Things really quieted down after we got our appetizers which came out fast. Entrees seemed to take a bit, but we didn't care, we had no time constraints. I did notice another large party that sat right after us, getting their entrees as we were finishing ours.
Service was great, all the wait staff were personable and upbeat.
