My wife and I stayed at the Inn for 4 nights at the start of our vacation. Our goal was to have a base from which to explore Annapolis and we couldn't have found a better location. The Inn is in a quiet area and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, the Annapolis harbor area and the Naval Academy. Exploring Eastport was an unexpected bonus. We booked the Sequoia room and it was wonderful, extremely comfortable with a small balcony and fireplace too! Although we arrived very late due to weather problems our inn keeper met us to ensure we arrived safely. Breakfast every day was exceptional, and my wife loved the attention to detail with place settings and presentation, to say nothing about the delicious selections. All in all it was a great start to our visit to the Chesapeake Bay region.

Room Tip: The Sequoia room is a great choice, comfortable, spacious and quiet.

Was great to get away for a couple of days to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. Could not have been better. Cory and his family create a very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast both days were awesome. We considered going out into town for breakfast on one of the days of our stay, but opted against that idea after our Saturday AM meal. Cory's breakfast was just too good to pass up on Sunday.
The location is perfect. A quiet residential street. Plenty of on-street parking. A few blocks away you will find some great dining....both fancy, casual or downright fun. A 5 block walk (short blocks) puts you right at the bridge to walk over to main street Annapolis. With this Inn, you get the convienience without the hustle and bustle of staying "in-town". We will certainly be back. I would highly recommend this secret gem!

Rick and Tara. No matter what a review says, I am always grateful that one of our guests has taken the time to post a review about their experience. So, first of all, Thank You very much!! It means a great deal to us.

When I am talking with perspective guests, I can say all that I want to about our neighborhood and perfectly located it is; but it doesn't mean anything compared to what an experienced guest might say. Thank you for focusing on this unique aspect of staying in our neighborhood. Honestly, we chose this location because we just liked living here.....and never gave a thought to how truly quiet it would be for our guests. That was a huge bonus.

Thank you for the "five rating". I could not help but notice that we received a four in several of the categories. We even got a four for location, which you described in words as "perfect". I'm not being critical at all. Could you, either on line or directly with us, let us know what we could do to earn a five out of five on the following categories: location, value, sleep quality and rooms? We would appreciate your candor and assistance and look forward to an all around "perfect" visit next time.

A toast to the owner! In fact, lots of toasts!

Annapolis has a lot of places you can stay, and one of the highlights is the Inn at Horn Point. Located on the east bay of the city, in a quiet neighborhood, this Victorian style home has been beautifully maintained and is filled with period antiques and decor. Innkeeper Corey greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home with his hospitality and sense of humor. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and made to order. Corey is a great resource for local restaurants and activities, too. Because of the time of year, nothing was blooming yet in the yard; And I can only imagine that if you arrive in the summer or fall, it will be ablaze with color! If you subscribe to Coastal Living Magazine, you’ll want to check out their listing of the Inn at Horn Point as one not to miss. We’re sure glad we didn’t miss it either! Thank you, Corey!

M and C, I am so glad that you wrote a review, otherwise I had no way to thank you for choosing our Inn for your overnight accommodations. I felt truly fortunate to have had you two as guests.

A toast to you for the accolades that you sent our way and thanks for not pointing out that when I'm not hustling up some breakfast, I can sometimes loaf around with guests. I will be sure to take your comments with a multi-grain of salt. It's no Wonder other travelers pay such close attention to what you and other visitors say. After all, recounting their experiences is our bread and butter.

I hope that we might have another visit some day. Maybe after C stops working for good. That would be special. Yours sincerely, a salty old crust.

My partner and I stayed for three nights including New Year's Eve and had a wonderfully memorable experience. The room was beautiful, the food fantastic and we could even see the fireworks over the water from the proch. The location was ideal and we were able to walk to restaurants, bars, and just one block to the water. Walking to the center of downtown Annapolis was a bit farther (maybe 10-15 minute walk), but no problem for a couple of Vermonters. The inn keepers were incredibly gracious, humorous, and helpful. I look forward to visiting again soon!

We remember your visit to our Inn; and we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience. When you have the opportunity in the future, we hope that you will stay with us again.

Thank you for taking the time to express the details of your stay. Seeing the fireworks from the porch is something that we sometimes take for granted....and we forget to mention it. There are actually five or six times a year when an organization finds the occasion to release fireworks over the water. And there is no prettier man made event than seeing the bursts of color filling the sky and reflecting off of the Annapolis Harbor. We are just one block from the waterfront.....and those are "the best seats in the house". Thank you for staying with us.

We picked the Inn at Horn Point at least partially because it was a bit out of the busiest part of Annapolis. We were completely satisfied with our choice. The Inn was comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent, and Cory and his family were very helpful. It is an easy and safe walk from the Inn to most destinations in Annapolis. The East Port area of Annapolis where the Inn is located is quite an interesting area onto itself. This is definitely a place to consider if you will be visiting Annapolis.

With regard to our guests' reviews, I always start by expressing our gratitude for even going to the trouble to write about the experience. Folks are so busy these days; and so many things to accomplish, we are easily distracted. So, thank you so much.

You point out in your review that you enjoyed the fact that our location is a bit removed from the business portion of Annapolis. Might we as that we selected this home because it was conveniently located without the congestion, the traffic, the noise and the parking problems that can sometimes effect an otherwise wonderful visit to our historic port town. Practically everything that there is to see and do here is within a mile and a half; so there really aren't any bad locations. We look forward to welcoming you back on your very next visit. Thank you.

We visited relatives who recommended the nearby Inn for our recent weekend visit. A marvelous choice. Our double room with separate, first floor entrance with terrific appointments served us perfectly. Very comfortable. Breakfasts were delightful. Our first B&B visit ever, and with this accomplished couple as innkeepers extraordinaire, we'll go back in a heartbeat.

Peter and Marty (AKA Martha): Truthfully, we can not wait to have you back with us again. It was great meeting both of you and a bonus having the opportunity to have your sister over for breakfast.

We are so happy that your first B&B experience was one that you want to repeat. Our travel tip for your next B&B experience is to conduct an initial search thru TripAdvisor as a first step in evaluating the potential guest experience. B&B's can offer a wide range of experiences; and you want to make certain that they will have just what you would expect. We'll see you again soon, perhaps. Cory

The inn at Horn Point is a charming and comfortable retreat. Cory was informative and kind and our room was clean and pretty. We parked our car when we arrived and never got into it again until we left three days later; everything is within walking distance. Annapolis is a fun, peaceful, get away and the Inn at Horn Point is the perfect place to rest your head after a long day of sight-seeing.

Elaine: First and foremost, we want to thank you for taking your time to even make a comment. Time is precious, and your commitment to sharing your experience is greatly appreciated.

We like the observation that you make about "parking your car and not touching it for three days". Not only are there many activities with which to engage for three days or more; but pointing out that everything is walkable is a terrific statement. We look forward to having you back in the very near future. All the best.
