“Solid menu”
Reviewed May 12, 2012

The food and service was good. There was a small wait on a Monday before noon.
The portions were generous, with a good variety of foods on the plate. The food prices are
higher than you might expect for breakfast food .
The tables are close to each other. Overall I was more than satisfied and glad I was told
to stop in here.

“Delicious and stylish!!”
Reviewed May 11, 2012

My son and I recently ate at Miss Shirley's Cafe in Annapolis and it was amazing!! My son had one of the specials, a soft shell crab and crabcake sandwich. It was huge and he loved it (devoured the entire thing!!). It was pricey at $24.99 but he enjoyed it immensely and it did look out of this world. I had the grilled chicken BLT and it was fantastic!! (priced at $14.99!!). The chicken was moist and tender and served on fresh Ciabatta bread. The avocado spread was out of this world!! I would DEFINITELY return and ABSOLUTELY recommend this restaurant to locals and tourists alike!! There is parking directly behind the building and also parking near the Westin. This area of West Street is becoming a very chic and beautiful place!! Just a note: Miss Shirley's is only open for breakfast and lunch. We went on a Saturday and it was open until 3:30PM. I can't wait to go back and try breakfast!!!!

“Very expensive”
Reviewed May 7, 2012

Large menu with lots of interesting items but it was too expensive for me. The cheapest breakfast of eggs and sauage with coffee was well over $10 then add tax and tip and money for parking in the garage. One expensive breakfast. I will not be going back. Also, the server kept pushing alcoholic drinks at 8:45 on a weekday morning!

“Miss Shirley's-a little bit of heaven”
Reviewed May 6, 2012

If you like brunch, you would be crazy not to go to Miss Shirley's when in Annapolis. The menu is full of southern goodness with a twist. The cinnamon roll french toast...to die for. Go.

“So good we went there twice!”
Reviewed April 28, 2012

We first went here because it was within walking distance of the hotel, The Westin, and we wanted to grab a quick breakfast. We fell in love! The dishes are old Southern favorites with a new twist -- try one of the French Toast creations -- and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. The atmosphere is one of a relaxing coffee shop and the wait staff seemed geniunely in love with the food, which is always a good sign. Loved it so much we decided to forgo exploring old Annapolis recommended restaurants on the next day of our trip and elected to go back to try another Miss Shirley's creation.
