My husband and I were driving from the Baltimore airport on our way to Salisbury and decided to stop in Annapolis to discover a new town. We were so happy we did. The menu offered such a variety it was hard to choose. We decided on the small plates to get the most variety. We didn't have a favorite because we loved everything we ordered! (Clams, pulled mozzarella, gnudis) I would say the butterscotch pudding was a big surprise. I am not a butterscotch person but this pudding with the carmelita points was incredible and a must to try. Our server was very helpful with our choices and made excellent recommendations. They have a great selection of craft beer and wine as well!

This restaurant is doing it right. The food is better than some DC staples at the same price range and style. Do recommend.

Had dinner here while visiting Annapolis and really loved it.. Arrived around 7:15 on a Thursday and only had to wait about 1/2 hour---not bad considering this place is a REALLY popular spot.
Ordered a bottle of the Red Velvet merlot from the $28 bottle list---very good. We also ordered the clams, fresh warm-pulled mozzarella salad and the Fun Guy pizza. All were absolutely delicious! Our waiter was friendly and helpful when we asked for his recommendations on our choices. Only complaint----it's 3 1/2 hours from where we live--can't return this weekend!!

Our second visit. First time was just the 2 of us and we sat at the food bar. This time, there were 4 of us on a Saturday. We arrived at 4:45 and were about the 5th seating in line. Lovely day! We were lucky and got one of the two tables outside. Excellent wine selection by the glass. Beer is good as well. We had a salad, and 2 pizzas and an order of asparagus. All were excellent. The pizza is enough for 2 people. Try this place out! Off the beaten path.
