Wine was totally overpriced as well as the tostitos queso with Fritos chips. We ordered 4 starter plates, all of which tasted like they had been purchased from a local grocer. The place was totally empty on a Friday night at 7:30. Will not be returning.

Excellent selection of wine and wine flights. We ordered the small plates in lieu of a dinner entre and all were spectacular. I highly recommend the scallops. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly chef and staff.

Perhaps this restaurant is new, I don't know. The staff is enthusiastic and the ideas are good, but nothing is quite right.

While there are flights of wine - this is foremost a wine place - there are relatively few wines by the glass (but how many do you really need). The Malbec was equivalent to what I could have gotten most anywhere, but it was pleasant for the price. They were out of Tempranillo, but the substitute was almost as good. There were only four other reds by the glass, outside of the flights.

I came in large part for the starter dishes, close enough to tapas. The queso was very good and the chips fairly authentic - points for this one. The proscuitto wrapped dates, on the other hand, had too little date and the proscuitto seemed more like thin sliced ham - tasty, but not right.

This place has some promise and is something different from standard Annapolis fare. I might go back - it wasn't a bad experience and the service was earnest - but it would be with slightly lowered expectations.

This place offers both a bar and table setting. They an excellent wine selection at reasonable prices. Their wide offering of cheese plates and other appetizers, will pair well with whatever wine you may choose.

The restaurant is charming from the outside and had a nice set up inside. That is where the good review ends. It has a high ceiling and the acoustics make it very loud. We came in after a large part was (luckily) getting ready to leave. With them there- we literally could not hear one another (of my party of four). The food was not bad- priced too high for the quality. The service was mediocre and we were told they were short-staffed. The waitress added in a 15% tip to our party of four without that being indicated on the check as an ad-in, quite a devious ploy. This is the fist negative review I have put on TA- I just felt compelled to warn others. We will not be retuning.
