We were part of a group that attended the Annapolis Sailboat Show. First, John, the owner greeted us upon arrival and took us to our room. The most important thing to me when staying anywhere is cleanliness. On this point, the Annapolitan scored very high. Our room was clean on arrival and in between, clean towels appeared regularly. In terms of comfort, our room size was perfect. Bathroom size was fine and also had a large closet. We had a nice queen size bed, plenty of tables upon which to put things. A TV and mini fridge which we didn't use. With all the devices people carry, it would be nice to have a few power strips to be able to use for charging.
It's a bit of a hike to walk down to the Annapolis Harbor(which was our destination each day) , but a few of our group walked down and enjoyed it. Most of the time, we took an Uber for about $7. There are a couple of restaurants nearby by mostly this is a residential area with some commercial businesses scattered around.
Opinions about breakfast varied among our group. Some thought they were fine..others not so much.... I would mark them as just ok but not stellar. More creativity and fresh tasting items would be a big plus.
All in all, we would stay at the Annapolitan again...More
