This is a large botanical garden and wildlife preserve with a cell phone-guided driving tour and map available. I enjoyed the trees and lagoons just as much without listening to the whole tour. It's well worth the price of admission, and the opportunity to stroll and linger among the beautiful old live oaks may be one of the most relaxing experiences of your Louisiana visit.
