Apparently it used to be a bank, but the architecture is very interesting. There is a wall of glass looking out on a beautiful tropical garden. There is a "sunken" dining area, with elegant table decor.
The warm, fresh, sourdough bread was delicious. I don't usually eat bread but this was irresistible!
Very good service. They didn't have the fish we wanted, but the substitute was fine. Could have had a bit more veg.
Lovely quiet place to have a conversation which is not always easy to find.
Recently had lunch at the lousy Cafe Chic and they were so stingy with water (had to ask many times to get a refill!) and no bread...
It is such a simple touch, to bring something to snack on before the orders arrive.
It is expensive for Panama, but the value is there. I highly recommend it.
