A local cab driver recommended the place, said it was one of his favorites. The view to the marina was very nice, you could see pelicans, seagulls and other birds fighting for the scraps people tossed them. The view to Panama City with its high rises was great. Food was the best I've had in Panama so far, and we've been here for a few months. We tried the cannelonis, which were swimming in cheese and delicious all around. There were lots of tourists, but it also seemed to have quite a few locals as well. They also speak English, which is not common in Panama.
