We began our five-day stay in Panama City with dinner at Rinos, primarily because it was within easy walking distance and was recommended by our hotel staff.
On a busy Saturday night, we started with hot garlic bread that was as good as any we've ever had. The fettuccini with eggplant sauce and a Greek salad for two were a great combination. Not only was the service good, but we also observed that the noise level was low, especially for a practically full house, in contrast to what we're accustomed to in Brazil. In addition, Rinos' trio provided some melodic entertainment. The ambiance was agreeable, too, though not outstanding.
Rinos merits a higher rating..no complaints here.
