We ate at Riesen twice in the week we spent in Panama City. The food was a modern interpretation using many locally sourced ingredients. On the first visit, I started with the yucca churros with shredded beef paired with the house Merlot, followed by the corvina. The corvina presentation was a feast to the eyes and paired nicely with the house Sauvignon Blanc. For dessert I had the pot de creme. The food was great that the restaurant deserved a second visit. We arrived around 8pm on both occasions which is early and received good and attentive service. The service level goes spotty as the small restaurant fills up.
