This was a very nice thing to see. I get a little bored on these types of excursions or else I would’ve gave it a five

We took a tour through the canal. Most days there are only partial transits but some days you can go the entire distance. I found the partial transit quite satisfactory and it took 4.5 hours. It’s interesting to see how the locks work and how they move multiple boats and large ships through at the same time. Might get boring for really small children but very interesting for the rest of us.

We've been to the Canal several times, but it's like taking Toronto visitors to Niagara Falls - something so famous you just got to see it. This time we went to the museum as well, which gives its history, how it was built, the ecology etc. Gives interesting background and worth visit.
