Wife and I stopped here on a recommendation from a local, and the local was right.
A small, quaint shop located in one of the narrow little streets of Casco Viejo. A very short stroll to the waterfront where you enjoy the view while enjoying you flavor.
Sadly the surrounding area is still far from "brought back" to a nice stage. Directly across the street is what can only be a called a slum apartment. But that's just the nature of what's going on in Panama, and shouldn't reflect on how enjoyable this little shop is.
The only thing better would be in Paris savoring some ice cream from Berthillon on the ile.
