I believe this restaurant is the worst place I have even been.

Drinks were missing and were continuously being replaced by drinks which were not the ones we had ordered (which were ordered by a Panamanian) during a long hot timely process of 45 minutes. When the food arrived the starters were cold, some were missing and were surprisingly accompanied by the mains! I ordered Seafood in Batter and unfortunately it arrived cold and in a cold (now thick and unappealing) sauce. After biting into a batted shrimp I noticed it wasn't warm, it was FREEZING. When the waiter had been notified he was extremely apologetic and immediately returned the plate to the kitchen. He arrived 35 minutes later with another plate, this time it was DRIPPING with OIL with NO pretty SALAD like the first plate and NO SAUCE, BURNT with the half EATEN shrimp I had bitten into 15 minutes prior.

To cut a long story short.....and after an agonising 2.5 hours of confrontation with the manager.

We were forced to pay a bill of $190:

4 beers
1 coke
1 cocktail

3 prawn cocktails
Risotto (it would have been perfect if advertised as a soup, but it was a large portion with delicious flavours)
Small sea bass (cold, but still very good flavours)
SHRIMP (yes! The cold......re-cooked.....burnt...,,,SEAFOOD)

Disappointed but glad we have trip advisor ;0)

The outdoor seating is in a perfect spot. Service was a bit slow, but it was a nice evening out. The food was good, nothing spectacular, but a good variety. Maybe I'd go just for drinks and an appetizer. Moderately priced, $11-$26 per entree.

We started the evening by walking through the old city. Wonderful architecture and lots of character. The area has been cleaned up a great deal and you can see police in just about every corner, so it is a pretty safe part of town.
The restaurant takes over part of the plaza in the evenings. We sat outside, had some great food and enjoyed our drinks. At 9pm we moved inside the restaurant as the Cuban live music was about to start. It was absolutely fantastic. The bottle of 23year old Zacapa helped great deal as well.
It was a fantastic night out. You must be chilled and relaxed and you will enjoy the evening!

A dinner outdoors at the Casablanca is a pleasant experience. The menu is simple but sufficient and the Catch of the day with sea bass was well prepared. A local desert speciality was delicious. Service was good and unrushed and prices quite reasonable.

Cold food, very long wait, no communication between staff, arrogant and unfriendly manager, worst service, worst restaurant. AVOID!!!!
At the end of a week of work we have decided to celebrate it in this restaurant. We were 7 but the place was full so the manager told us to wait it won't be long. At the same time he takes our order for the drinks but a waiter comes to us to make sure he had the right order but it was actually wrong. 10 mins later we sat down and we were still waiting for the drinks but they came a couple of minutes right after but there was one missing. Not a great start.

We make the orders for the starters and main courses after we have been waiting for a good 45mins, the starters finally arrive almost 40mins after we ordered but 3 out 7 were missing, so we asked to have them but they never came. The main courses arrive very quickly but only 4 are served at once and they are all cold :
- Shrimp in spicy coconut sauce.
- Dijon mustard steak which is not make with Dijon mustard.
- Risotto is not a risotto but more like a soup.
- Tomatoes and mozzarella salad was the worst I have ever seen and look pretty gross.
- The greek salad was only greek in the name.

Because everything is cold we ask for new ones but instead they all come back reheat like we wouldn't notice it, so again we ask for new ones, only 2 steak come and after 1 hour of fight to get no dish. My shrimp came back new but burnt, full of greasy oil and without the coconut sauce.
Only 2 main course have been eaten, one of us had to go to the italian restaurant opposite.

After almost 3 hours spent in this place and only had drinks we ask the manager how we gonna do about the bill and then come back and give us the bill of $200, he counted all the dish even the ones and haven't been served and gave 25% discount on a couple of main course. He didn't want to negotiate and because we are tourist he thought he could take advantage so we left aying what we wanted to pay.

Trust me I have been in quite few places around the world and i never ever had this type of food and service. Avoid it, don't even get close to this place
