I've been coming here 5-6 times a year since it opened about 10 years ago and am finally getting around to writting a review. There are several new arrivals on the Peruvian restaurant scene in Panama City that are more chic, rated higher than this one, but if you want authentic, fresh and well prepared Peruvian food, this is the place. My favorite dishes are tiradito de corvina (ceviche in strips), anticucho de corazon (marinated beef heart skewers), aji de gallina (chicken in a spicy cream sauce) and pulpo al carbon (grilled octopus). Service is great and the longtime Peruvian owner is usually present to assure things run smoothly. Prices are reasonable.
