Where to start.... I stayed in room 309, the first night I arrived to the room, the room was missing towels, and the toilet was leaking... Left a note and 3 dollar tip to the maid, and to my surprise the next day there were towels but toilet still leaking... Second day towels were again missing, called downstairs for towels and gave the employee a tip. Third day towels missing and toilet still leaking went down stairs and told front desk, that if they wanted a new pool in the third floor they should leave the toilet running a few more days, I guess it worked cause the Fourth day the toilet was fixed!!!! Oh but towels were missing again, had to call again!!! Stopped leaving a tip in the room to see if that changed something!!! Day five the towels were missing again and the room was already needing a broom and mop, but I guess housekeeping was on an eternal break!!! Day six, no towels again!!! so I call downstairs, wait 20 minutes and have to call again to remind them that we needed towels!!! Towels arrived, and employee looked extremely happy!!!
Good god, to whomever reads this review from Hilton, I stayed from the 4th of March to the 10th, you need to seriously hire a manager that checks what is going on, because if employees don't do there job they shouldn't have it.... Fire them for gods sake!!!
Next topic, ate the first day at the restaurant downstairs, a little pricey 15 dollars per person and it really doesn't have a breakfast that I would consider anything like a Panamanian breakfast. The only thing that ruined the experience was the dirty cup full of water our waiter brought us.. Guess he got it from the used cups!! Didn't eat again the rest of the stay at the hotel, lots of good options at walking distance, the hotels down the street had a better breakfast for a better price....
Overall, if you want to save money and don't need towels at night in the room, enjoy a dirty room, and don't mind a possible evacuation from the third floor from a leaking toilet, this is your hotel!!!!
