We stayed here just on our final night before leaving Managua. It's a nice hotel...very quiet and clean. It had A/c, which was a bonus after a week without it. It's in a safe area, and you can walk to the mall to get food and groceries. They had a small pool, which I'm sure would be nice during the hot days.
Breakfast was excellent and included - nacatamales and eggs on Sat., along with fruit and yogurt. The lady preparing it was nice and cheery. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport for $20 US. He was right on time. Also, if you are coming in from Rivas to the bus station in Managua, we paid 70 Cordobas (about $3 US) to get a taxi from there to the hotel.
This place was nice...didn't wow me or anything, but we were only here 16 hours. The staff was nice and helpful, especially Evelyn.
