Shot Bar is located in the food court of the Agusto Sandino airport next to Pris Kaffee and Subway.
The reason for the terrible review is the outrageous prices and the underhanded techniques used by the staff to keep you from seeing the cost until you get the bill. We stopped in for a quick meal when picking up some family from the airport and all we ordered was 2 plates of gallo pinto (rice and beans) and fried eggs. The food was good. That wasn't the problem. The problem was the bill: $30 US for a plate you can get at any other restaurant in the country for a maximum of $2!
Last week we went back to the airport and saw the waiter working the con on some unsuspecting travelers. The same thing happened. The waiter told them what they could get without showing them a menu and when they got the bill they were horrified.
Please do not eat here. The food court has a Tip Top, Pollo Estrella, Subway, Pris Kaffee among other reputable restaurants. Don't give these con artists a dime!!!
