We went here on a Friday night for a few beers and vodkas. It was a very hot night so the front terrace was packed with people, but the interior where we sat was basically empty. One of the advantages of this though was that the service was excellent. The staff was really friendly and attentive. It is designed to be like a British pub, and it certainly looked the part, though they offered lots of Ukrainian specialties as well.
We didn't have anything to eat, so I can't say how the food is, but the beer and vodka was quite nice and very reasonably priced for being so close to the center of town. As a place for some casual drinks on a night out in Kiev, I certainly recommend it.
