“Good affordable food”
Reviewed May 6, 2013

Good food at very affordable prices. Locate in an alley just off the main boulevard of Kreschatyk.
Staff speaks fluent English (not so common in Kiev) and is very friendly and helpful.
Try the tarte flambé.

“Tasty and affordable”
Reviewed February 16, 2013 via mobile

Managed to feed group of four under 750 hrivnas on very tasty kind-of-pizzas but with tastier dough. That included 2 bottles of reasonably decent wine and carpaccio starter. The "pizzas", not sure what they call them, the dough is crispy, are about 65 a pop, we had 5 of them. It's fantastic and sociable food as they come pre cut into thin strips and everybody will want to try everyone else's. In a courtyard and bit hidden from the view. Recommended.

“A real hidden gem with excellent Tarte Flambé!”
Reviewed August 15, 2012

This restaurant is located on the main street of Kyiv, but since it is on a backyard it is not so easy to find for the tourist. But it is well worth looking for since there are not many restaurants that are located right in the middle of the city that offer such good food for such a low price.
Their speciality is the "Tarte flambé" which are similar to pizza with a very thin and delicious dough. That explains the name of the restaurant, Muka which means "Flour".
But the other items on the menu are also good. We have eaten there many times now and have always been pleased with the food as well as the service.
So look for the right entrance to the courtyard and enjoy your meal!
