The hotel is nice with good facilities especailly conference rooms. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location of the hotel is very convenient - just a walking distance from shops, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. The service is good, so is the food. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Spa and pool are nice, but the gym is very small and should be equipped with weightlifting machines. More

Whenever I travel, I always look and see if there is an Intercontinental in the city because I think the product is so good. My trip to Kiev was no exception, great Hotel, courteous staff and very well located. If your visiting Kiev for either business or pleasure this is the place to stay.

I absolutely love IHG hotels and they are usually my first preference of choice in any city, It was my first time in kyiv and I choose the hotel due to the location and reviews, it didn't disappoint me for sure
Right from the check in with Ms. Katerina who is the front office manager it all went smooth, the rooms are perfect nice and clean with a great view, small balcony which I liked for fresh air.
Loads of restaurants at walking distance, and also lots of bars, everything can be reached by foot,
Thanks to all the staff who made my stay perfect and specially to Ms. Katerina the Front office manager. I wont even think of any other hotel then this in Kyiv for sure

Had a fantastic time at the Intercon. There was a little glitch with the room we reserved due to a change in management but they handled it very professionally and it all worked out. The club lounge is great and has wonderful staff, as the whole hotel does. The location can't be beat and it is truly a 5 star hotel.

I was staying in this hotel 2 times. Last time it was April 2018. This is very customer centric hotel in CIS region. Everything is excellent: greetings on reception desk, very taste breakfasts and well trained staff of the restaurant. Mini bar was included in my room. Location is very nice due to it is located in downtown area and all sightseeing attractions very close to the hotel.
Really recomend this hotel.

I loved my five nights' stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect : the situation of the hotel, the comfort of the room and the cleanliness in the whole hotel. What impressed me most is the amazing staff who is so friendly and so helpful. All of them provide comfort to the guests with their superior service. The food is as excellent as the service, the breakfast is especially good, fresh, with a big variety of specialities. I will add some pictures to convince future guests to stay in this hotel and visit this very beautiful city : Kiev. I would definitely recommend this Intercontinental Hotel Kiev.
