We enjoyed our stay at the IC Kiev which we booked using IHG points and were very happy with our choice of award nights. The hotel is luxurious inside and the staff is friendly and helpful. The best aspect of the hotel is the great location from which you can easily walk to many of the best sites in the city within 5 minutes.
We didn't get to try the b-hush bar but it looked nice. The breakfast buffet price was very high for the city, so we opted for a la carte room service one day which went fine, and went to a local place on the other day.
The president of the country was giving a speech one of the days of our stay so security was maximized, but the hotel ensured that this didn't impact their guests and we never felt intruded upon.
Would very happily recommend the hotel and stay here again.

I was at the InterContinental in Kyiv from March 22nd - 25th and my expectations were high, reflected in the price.. 3 nights here almost 1000$. What was good? The hotel is in a good location, staff at reception and other areas mostly quite friendly but more about that later. Room maybe a little too small but otherwise top! Very clean, good cleaning and a beautiful bathroom. I was also impressed by the bar on the 11th floor as well as all other restaurants of the hotel, high standard and luxury. What was not so good? I found the pool a bit too small, but clean. Standard rooms could be a bit bigger. But I was quite disappointed by the airport transfer. The driver drove me quite fast to the finish but didn't change a word with me.. was quite different with other 5* hotels. He doesn't have to talk to me all the time but I paid $120 extra for Oneway and I think a 'Welcome' isn't too much to ask for, is it? But okay, it's only minor) Everything else was fine. I felt very comfortable here.

Tried their lobby lounge bar , as we entered we were greeted by the bar manager. Okay let me compare it to 5 star hotels in Odesa, the service there compared to this hotel is nothing. All the standard service was followed by the staff. They’re all nice and accommodating . The ambience is so peaceful and the place is so cozy. They do serve TWG tea which is my fav.Overall it’s an excellent service! Good Job you give justice to the name of the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room, service and vistas ...and the top floor has gorgeous views of the city. There is a spectacular Georgian restaurant nearby (Gogi) and lots to see and do in the neighbourhood.

If you are looking for a bar in Kiev with a view, look no other than InterContinental’s rooftop bar, they have great service and serve amazing cocktails. I had a couple of cocktails, some beer and some tequila shots, price wise it may seem expensive if you from Ukraine, however if you are foreigner like me it is like paradise.
