Tried their lobby lounge bar , as we entered we were greeted by the bar manager. Okay let me compare it to 5 star hotels in Odesa, the service there compared to this hotel is nothing. All the standard service was followed by the staff. They’re all nice and accommodating . The ambience is so peaceful and the place is so cozy. They do serve TWG tea which is my fav.Overall it’s an excellent service! Good Job you give justice to the name of the hotel.More

Thoroughly enjoyed the room, service and vistas ...and the top floor has gorgeous views of the city. There is a spectacular Georgian restaurant nearby (Gogi) and lots to see and do in the neighbourhood.

If you are looking for a bar in Kiev with a view, look no other than InterContinental’s rooftop bar, they have great service and serve amazing cocktails. I had a couple of cocktails, some beer and some tequila shots, price wise it may seem expensive if you from Ukraine, however if you are foreigner like me it is like paradise.

The customer service from check in to check out was amazing, i could not fault it. The breakfast, room service and amenities were great, and i liked botht the lobby and rooftop bars. The rooftop has lovely views of the city.

spent a weekend and nice hotel ; very closed to maiden plaza ; nice roof pub to take one drink with very good music and good service in same place ; just didn't t understand why parking not included inside price

At $430 USD a night for the Club Room, this has to be the most expensive hotel in Kiev. But the amenities make you feel that it was worth it.
I've paid more in other cities for less room and less service. But this hotel, for the price, you get a very decent breakfast and access to a nice club room with drinks and food all the time. The Club room is large and the bathroom is huge, with terrific shower.
Location is right next to the St. Michael's cathedral, so the evening view is wonderful.
Several decent restaurants near by.
I had about $20USD worth of Ukrainian currency in various denomination in a souvenir box because I like to collect local currency. They were gone when I returned to the room. There are lots of people come in and out of your room, the cleaning, the Turn-down, and people leaving chocolates in the room, so, since it was not much and I don't want to make a big deal out of it, I just want to warn other travelers to not leave cash in the room. Other expensive items were untouched.
