In this hotel a person can feel like at home which is the most valuable thing when outside of it.

Very comfortable and fancy hotel. Has a very nice lobby that we can have some drinks and also the lounge is not so bad. A bit expensive and do not have many things to do inside the hotel as other intercontinental has. I would not try it again even if was comfortable

Hands down the best hotel and service you will find anywhere. A true crown jewel for the Intercontinental brand. I have stay in over 110 different hotels a year for the past 10 years and this is still the best hotel. If you are in Kiev and don't stay here, you are only cheating yourself. Safe travels.

My fourth visit and hopefully not last. Travelled all around the world to 5* hotels but this one is the best I've ever stayed at. Impeccable, luxurious and fantastic attention to details. When I approached the concierge (Stanizslav) he greeted me "welcome back" - I was stunned that he remembered me at all (and after 7 months).
Breakfast is amazing and they even have fantastic fresh sushi. Special thanks to the whole staff team at breakfast - they've got impeccable manners and will treat you like royalty. I can not count how many times the two boys working there (unfortunately I don't know their names) asked me "how can I help you?".
The hotel manager was always around and he truly represents everything ICG stands for. Great man with extremely professional conduct. I hope he will pass my compliments to the hotel staff for providing me with yet another wonderful stay.

Very enjoyable experience - super attentive and helpful staff, delish food (breakfast buffet selection - mind blowing!). Rood top bar with panoramic city views didn't heart either :) Good location - a number of various sights and good restaurants within walking distance.
