I give this 4 stars mainly for location - in the center of town, convenient to Dorcol, Kalemegdan park, the opera, and other attractions. The street is wide, and crowded with people at prime times. It's packed with cafes, restaurants, and high end shops. In theory, it's a terrific place. Unfortunately, it's substantially spoiled by the Serb habit of smoking at all times, in all places - inside, outside, in-between. It's tough to find a place to actually sit and enjoy a lemonade and some people watching.
