Unfortunately, it's still not finished from the inside and no one knows when it will be... From outside it looks magnificent completely covered with white marble slabs. It's also very nicely lit in the evening. One of the great attractions in Belgrade.
Also, it is a biggest Orthodox Church by volume and surface area in the World.
Park outside is very nice and there is a National Library very near the Temple.

The temple is under construction for some time and doesn't have any icons or frescoes at the moment, but you can get inside and light a candle if you want.

St. Sava is one of the most respected Saints among the Serbian people. this temple has been in progress for many years and is among the most beautiful in the city. surrounded by a beautiful park, and right along side of the National library. Next to it is the St.Sava church. the temple is built on the spot where, as legend says, the Turks, of the Osman empire burnt the bones of the Saint.

I stumbled upon this temple, it is situated next to a small park and library, making for good place to sit and soak it in the odd mix if architecture. There is a unique coffee shop opposite the park side in a historic, though beat up looking street. The coffee shop has a Rolling Stones theme, I think getting your coffee to go and then a stroll of the church and park area is a good way to kill 45 minutes.
