Good value in this hotel a few minutes pleasant walk from the city centre and most of the sights.
Smallish room but good bathroom, safety deposit box and squirt night’s sleep - although we were at the back of the hotel.
Staff were friendly, helpful and very well informed which really helped us to enjoy our short stay

Minus _ Aircon didn’t work. Asked reception and they gave a fawlty towers explanation that they could choose heating or cooling for the hotel and today was nothing. Was quite warm but cooled nicely outside but the window only opened a crack. To get through ventilation we had to leave the door open. The foyer stunk of smoke But that’s the balkans experience.
Plus. Big rooms. Friendly staff. Extremely clean. Popped my head in kitchen and it was like an operating theatre. Excellent breakfast. Kitchen staff really on ball. Outstanding location. Good vibe.

We are sorry that you experience a problem with air-conditioning, and that you need to find an alternative way to cool down. According to our legislation, it's not allowed to fully open windows during safety reasons. And yes you are right, people on Balkan are addicted to cigarets and also like you, we as host are expecting new regulation that will completely forbid smoking.

This hotel cannot be graded as a four star. It's probably a guest house category. The size of the room is so very small. There isn't space to keep even 1 bag. No safe deposit box nor tea kettle in the room. They have a small wooden ledge as a table and a very small stool to sit on.
No hot water and water pressure was very low on the dates we stayed.
At breakfast, the room was filled with tourist with no place to sit. We stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast items were repetitive.
Not recommended for people who look for some luxury.

we wish to thank you for your review. It is a pity that you had to experience such an unfortunate situation regarding hot water and water pressure. During your visit to Belgrade, happened the biggest water supplying collapse, that effected complete city centre and was completely out of our hand. Your remark regarding safety deposit box in room is quite on place, but we are sorry if you didn't have information that we have central deposit box on reception.
Royal Inn is one of the oldest hotels in Belgrade, under protection as cultural heritage, so during our renovation, we didn't have permission to change building structure, and yes some of our rooms are maybe smaller, but still, they are fulfilling according to size and room equipment all national and European hotel categorisation standards
We are hoping that you will visit us soon and experience our hotel in new way.
Room is very small with two beds joined to-gather, hardly any space to move.
We stayed there in Sept 2019 for 4 nights buts all the days same breakfast - same menu No change.
Hotel staff very good.
Rooms are noisy because its next to busy street.

The best for the Hotel is the location. Just a few steps away from the main touristic streets of Belgrade. Room was modern and bathroom is good. Breakfast was the best in our tour with Jolly tour. 24 hours open market is just next to the Hotel. Recommended.
The customer service was fantastic. The front desk was knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfast was good and they do have a lot of different options. The best part is the location, it is just about 2 minutes from the city center. The only negative is that the rooms could have been cleaner.
