Definitely not your standard hotel, the Moskva is a strange beast. Shaped a bit like New York's Flat Iron building it is an odd layout with a small reception area but a large bar/café/cake shop that seems to caters more for customers walking past than the hotel guests. The décor is a bit art décor with odd features like a large fountain.

My bruised head reminds me I was on the 5th floor in the roof in a room fit more for a mouse than a human, it was tiny with sloping ceiling. The view was of the sky – not the skyline, out of a tiny window, making the room very dark! Not the kind of room you'd want to spend any non-sleeping time in.

Otherwise, food was OK. Good free WiFi. It does grate a bit when no iron/ironing board are provided in rooms or an ironing room but a chargeable ironing service is provided – cheeky.

Overall, not to my taste but if you want somewhere a bit different you might be happy.

Room Tip: Not 507 unless you're very small and check carefully others on the fifth floor

So charming place, my favorite in Belgrade! Excellent sweets, great service, perfect location! Only thing that I don't support is smoking inside, which is generally problem in Serbia. All other is just perfect.

I booked a dublet suite and my stay was perfect. The room was large and beauty,at first floor had a living room with couch, flat tv and wc, at the loft had a comfortable double bed, flat tv and a large bathroom. From everywhere in room you can look outside from a very large window. There are hotel-maid all the time and my room was so clean.
You can enjoy a good massage at spa of hotel or to enjoy a good meal or coffee at the bar of hotel which is in the center of city. Good breakfast and smiling staff, really this hotel is an excellent choice in heard of city, my only small problem the bad conection wifi sometimes in my room. I will come back for sure!

Room Tip: Doublet suite with outside view

Being in this hotel was like stepping back in time - beautiful staircases with antique furniture on each floor, photos of famous guests many from a different time hanging on the walls. Our room was on a corner of the building and was spacious and the furniture was luxurious. We enjoyed breakfast each morning where there was a large selection. We also enjoyed sitting in the cafe downstairs watching the ever changing scenes out the large windows. This is where we had the best banana and cinnamon pancakes ever. The staff were professional and nothing was ever a problem. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is great and the staff very professional. Breakfast was very good with a lot to chose from. My single room mas very small but still, surprisingly comfortable. It might have been the smallest hotel room I've visited but at the same time one of the most comfortable ones. Big size bed and a working desk, international tv channels and room amenities as well as very good quality bathroom amenities.

Room Tip: If you like space do not chose a single room.
