we found the entrance door that should be open all the night closed at 5am, we knocked on the door for a long time and called the hostel telephone without any answer.
at 7.30 a person who work there finally arrived and opened the door.
we had no more time to sleep so we decided to leave the room and we asked for our money back.
the owner get immediately really angry, shouting and isulting us!
he told us we had to leave the room at that time without having our money back.
That was really incorrect behaviour for a person who run an hostel. i don't think that the customer is always right but you CAN'T shout and insult the customer.
at the end i have to say that, for the little we saw, the hostel is nice and clean. i don't know about the bathroom because we couldn't use it.
the position isn't the best one.
if you decide to go there i hope you won't have any problem. otherwise no way to talk with the owner.
