Description: A luxurious restaurant with a fantastic view of the Belgrade river banks, Public Dine & Wine is the place where fine, applied and musical arts, with the help of well designed magic, turn into the art of hedonism!

Spectacular view and excellent stuff in public! Everyone was more than friendly, helpful and kind! The salad and the selection of cold cuts and cheeses were both very good. However when the main courses arrived which were pasta with sausage and pasta with artichokes we were completely disappointed. We paid less than 60 Euros including a bottle of water and 2 glasses of white wine. If the pasta was good it would be OK for that amount but unfortunately it wasn’t.

The restaurant offers a lovely view of the Sava bank and the opposing New Belgrade neighborhood, the terrace being probably its main forte. Beyond that, you can expect a mediocre overall experience at prices that run quite high by Belgrade standards. The bread basket is one of the most boring I've seen in high-end dining joints which baffles me given that the place seems to pride itself with the selection of delis. Food is nicely presented albeit it lacks any zest. The chicken Caesar I've had fails to trump even the McDo's take on the classic with quite an inexplicably indiscriminate use of store bought mayo which is supposed to act as the dressing. The service is very, very professional and efficient. All in all, for the quality of food offered, this restaurant is overpriced and you could have a much nicer meal at a vast number of other places in Belgrade. For a coffee or a drink to the backdrop of sun setting over Belgrade, you can't go wrong.

The food is average, they have anyhow always too much salt on it; the waiters are hard to get and more on the arrogant side, the reception lady is pointless and the music to loud for chatting; you pay a lot for not felling well
