This hotel has been a glorious maybe decays ago. It's possible to see a bit of glamour of the old days. The milieu and furniture are like royal, but it's deteriorated.

Our room cost 45 euro per night: there were two different beds, TV and own bathroom. The room price includes a breakfast (we were offered bread and omelet). The room wasn't perfectly clean and the window passes through muss of the street noise.

Anyway, this is cheap place to sleep next to the bus station. If you are not picky or susceptible to noise, you can stand with this.

We went to Belgrade without reservation and after walking and walking we couldn't find anything close to the bus station. We skipped this hotel first because it looked like an expensive one from the outside. Once inside we could see it needs urgent renovation. All furniture is without any doubt first class. Good classic taste, fine wood, beautiful architecture. We asked to see a room before deciding and we could see all walls need painting. Despite of the lack of aesthetics, the rooms and restaurant are very clean. If you want a safe place to sleep and you don't care about the rest, except a good price, this is a good option with excellent location close to the bus station and to a main bus and tramway stop from where you can go anywhere. If you like walking, you have a bridge quite close to the new part of the city and after walking 20 minutes you'll reach a very big shopping center with worldwide known brand shops like mango, zara, levis, etc. You can also pick a tramway that will drop you few steps away from here in front of Hyatt hotel (and in front of this hotel is this shopping center) where you will be able to find some leisure.

The worst night ever! Not only the hotel needs a renovation, but also serious desinfection. The toilets were not cleaned, there were some hairs remaining on the mattress and the furniture stinks. Moreover, there was no hot water that night for whatever reason the receptionist could give you.

I would not recommend it even for a one night stay.
