Spent a weekend on this hotel. Perfectly located in central Belgrade (Knez Mihajlova) I find this hotel the perfect spot to spend a few nights in the Serbian capital to a decent price. The rooms a large and feels luxurious. However, the bath rooms felt a bit old and not top notch although being of a large size as well. One advice is to skip the breakfast at the hotel and buy a cheap (and very good) breakfast at one of the nearby pekaras.

Excellent hotel in general. It is right in the centre of the city. The hotel is a small one (few rooms) but the quality of accommodation is excellent. The room is extremely and unusually large with separate lounge and bedroom and a very large bathroom. The furniture is superb and you are really having space, as most of the hotel are stingy on that. The staff was young and very polite and they made you feel very comfortable. Sound insulation is a problem, as the noise from the road can be heard, but you are exactly on the main commercial street of the city. The price for such rooms (they are suites in practice) is very reasonable. In general, if you want to feel comfortable in the hotel and have easy access to the city happenings in your free time, just choose it.

Room Tip: I ahd a room with a view to the main business street. Sound insulation is poor

1. no any conditions for warming up food for baby and something like that. They just do not care
2. out of 3 chairs 2 has broken legs, so I fell down
3. Bulbs are missing everywhere
4. Dirty and shower is missing
5. They stole 5 euro from table, though tips were left on a bed
6. Curtains are falling down
7. They say that breakfast is included, but it is one terrible croissant. For the rest you have to pay

Resume: do not spoil your vacation, do not stay here

The hotel is on the Knez Mihailova Street which is the main touristic street of Belgrade. It just takes 5 minutes to Kalemegdan by walking and most of the attractive places in Belgrade is nearly 15-20 minutes away by walking.

But this street is closed to traffic and you should take care that when you are coming by taxi.

The rooms are historical and none of them are identical. They are very huge with a comfortable bed, flat tv, chairs and a big bathroom. There is also free wi-fi in rooms. The staff are very kind and helpful.

The hotel does not have elevator. The breakfast is also very weak. These are the negative points.

This is a hotel that is located on the main pedestrian mall in Belgrade so it is wonderfully convenient to the atmospheric old town. Our room was spacious and decorated with solid, stylish furniture - a nice change from standard hotel rooms. The staff at the front desk are excellent - friendly and genuinely trying to ensure that guests' needs are met. However we felt that attention to detail is needed:eg rooms are advertised as having robes, slippers and hair dryers but we had none of these although they were promptly supplied on request. The main bathroom light was erratic and eventually died, although it was repaired promptly. Water poured from under the bath when we showered. Breakfast is OK. The bed is large but hard as a rock and pillows were very skinny. We enjoyed the vibrancy of being located on the mall - but ear plugs are needed as it can be noisy. All in all a good hotel but could be better.

We just loved this place ... amazing value for the location, and comfort i.e. the bathroom is the size of some hotel room we stayed in, say, Paris. Excellent shower heads with good water pressure. Plenty of storage cupboards tucked away in a separate room. Perfect for a longer stay. The staff is world class, smiling, helpful, and knowledgable. We are coming back here! Agree with some previous reviewers, breakfast could be improved if better quality coffees were served. The ready made food was good, but if you ordered eggs of any kind, those were perfect.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was perfect. Right in the heart of the pedestrian area, it is an ideal base for sightseeing in Belgrade. The room we had - in fact it was a ante room and a main bedroom - looked out to the front, but noise was never an issue. It was clean, with a large bathroom.

Breakfast is admittedly basic (no fruit juice was frustrating), but they will cook fresh eggs if you ask.

Bear in mind that if you have a car, you will need to park in the multi-storey behind the hotel. However, even when factoring in the approx EUR1 charge per hour, this hotel still represents exceptional value for money.
