Location is both good and bad. Good in that you’re right in the old town, bad that you need to wheel your suitcases along the cobbled road as it’s pedestrian only. Staff were friendly, and helpful. We had the suite, on the top floor, there’s no lift, but the staff were happy to carry the bags up. The room was cold, I think they’d just run up and put the heating on when we arrived. Lovely hotel, but you need to consider no easy access by car, and no lift.

We found ourselves unexpectedly staying in Bucharest courtesy of Romaina railways and a missed connection to Istanbul. I made the reservation by 'phone from the train and was relieved that the rooms were indeed available; for some reason I expected to Bucharest to be a shambles, which it isn't.

The hotel is in a small area of restaurants and bars; there may be other similar areas elsewhere in Bucharest. The rooms are modest but adequate and clean. The street outside stays a bit noisy until quite late, and there were occasional dog fights and outbursts of noise all night, but nothing too bad. The hotel has a bar which also serves breakfast, which is adequate if not exciting, and I think other meals. The restaurants in the area are probably a better bet for eating. The staff are freindly and competent.

My family was lucky and was given a 2 room spacious apartment for the four days we were in Bucharest. It was very clean and well presented. We were very happy with it.
We loved the staff. We found them very helpful and accommodating. One night they even telephoned us and asked us if we would like them to bring up a couple of cups of tea to warm us up.
The location is great. Close to many restaurants and great shops.
They have free internet which was a winner with the family.
We have no complaints at all.
No wonder we were recommended the hotel by friends. We will recommend it as well to any people who want good value accommodation in Bucharest.

Very clean and modern central hotel in the very heart of Bucharest's old town. Street is full of restaurants and bars BUT none are so close to at disturb the visitor. The hotel has great air conditioning and very good sound proofed windows. Highly recommended. Lots of places locally to get cheap coffee and breakfast since hotel's is fine but very simple

Great place, in the center. A lot of things around such as mall or restaurants. Modern and well equipped rooms. Bad breakfast...very poor

what a lovely wee hotel, perfect location. quite simple in approach but good place to stay. the staff are excellent and very helpful. my only point of concern is it can be a little noisy as its on the road but not enough to put anyone off. very clean.
Enjoy!
