It is great to see that there is a still a piece of "little paris" left in Bucharest. The place is full of amazing restaurants, bars and clubs. The food is delicious and well-priced. If young people want to seek nightlife in a new exciting place, this is definitely the place to try out! Weekends are buzzing and the area doesn't die down till well into the next day. There is also a huge variety of drinks (there are two bars which have 100 types of beers), and they are considerably cheaper than in western Europe.
The place is also beautiful with its cobbled streets and old buildings. If all the buildings are renovated and major retailers move into the area, the Old Town could become a serious contender to other major European historic centres. This place has so much potential!
