cercul militar is an imposing building, it looks really nice from outside, it is beautiful inside also, it is often used for events. it has a really nice terrase outside, but unfortunately the waiters are not that nice because everytime we got there, the place was about to close, even if they first said that they would close at 10. 30 pm. we arrived at 10 pm and one of the waiters said that is is closed. too bad!

This is a very beautiful military style building. I also checked the interior it was also nice.
Actually we were invited there for dinner so I will try to tell you about the restaurant in a few words.
We had our dinner on the terrace which is pretty large. The food was average and priced very reasonably. There was live music. And the service was also good. That's all I can tell.

Funnily enough this is not really a tourist attraction except that the building resembels the opera in Paris. There is a large restaurnt with a pleasant garden terrace. Commi era pricing and service but ok for the kid on a budget. I was not impressed but the coffee was hot and wet. For the money cann't complain.

if you could skip the military guardian you should have a walk inside, when they'll find you the attitude of a innocent traveler will be enough! it worth the risk! Amazing baroque official ceremonies halls, and same standard stairs and corridors!
on the front terrace is a nice garden restaurant, just for a drink, like we saw all other people there ;)
