We stopped in for lunch, as our rental apartment was in this neighborhood. You would hardly notice the entrance to this charming place by Pl. Victorei metro. They offer a wonderful Romanian set menu for lunch, about 50 ron for the 2 of us for 2 courses. We enjoyed soups and then a pork and chicken dish. Service was fast, and the place was packed with business lunch locals. We sat in a no smoking area, thank goodness. This is in an old house, and the atmosphere is great. A few servers spoke English, that was very helpful. If you are visiting museums on the north side of town, this is a great place to stop for a tasty, authentic meal at a great price.
