Mannuc's Inn was bult last two century, long time was closed, but when was restored last century I was student! With a special traditional food and wine directly from countryside, any party here in the ambient of historical times is wonderful and unforgettable experience. We had a song 'La Hanul lui Manuc'
which is singing from 60' years till now, Unfortunately that around the constructions obstruct the access.

Having travelled many places in the near east my expectation was low, but the place surprised on the upside and was not too pricey. Liked the tabule.

Recommend, specifically, when you are fed up with romanian food.!

This hotel is deemed on of the oldest in Bucharest and if you visit you'll see why. There just aren't places like this around anymore. Wooden shingles, stone and wood beams with a huge central courtyard, which in the good weather, is full of revelers. The nicest spot is on the upper balcony where they serve some very decent Lebanese food and the price is good. We meet here with friends on a regular basis and out-of-towners are always impressed. Why not combine some History with your cuisine and give it a try? A true experience.

I refer to the Lebanese restaurant (they have a Romanian one and a bar, all three in the same complex):
This is the place with the BEST lebanese salads I have ever tasted and I eat quite a lot of lebanese food.
It is very nicely served, fresh, original combinations.
Really great. You may ask with a bit less lemon if you don't like soure too much but their salads, to my opinion, are amazingly done and in a repetitive way, each time I have been there it was done the same way.
My recommendations are:
Tabule, Fatus, Humus cu Snaubar, Mutabal.
Take these 4 + 2-3 warm home made lebanese flat bread and fresh orange juice. finish with 1-2 small cups of tea and you just enjoid an amazingly fresh, tasty, healthy meal.

Been here a few times now and love the setting (especially outside in the summer). Make sure you have the Lebanese food though as this is excellent!
