“Huge, Nice Tour”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 6, 2013

Obviously, a huge building, very picturesque and worth seeing just to witness the Communist mindset. The tour is limited - about two hours and a half dozen rooms, which are now used as a conference center. Not particularly interesting design-wise since all the rooms shown in the tour were basically the same. Visiting Bucharest requires a visit to the Parliament but, like most of Bucharest, tourism seems "new" and not very well developed. We had a good/interesting tour guide who apparently watched a lot of American movies - his most common phrase was "frickin", as in "isn't this a frickin' big room". Clearly, not according to the tour guide handbook. lol

“Hard To Fit In A Photo”

It's so big that it challenges your mind. You could get lost in the place for a month! Nice parking available so you can sop & appreciate the magnitude of this monster.

“The second largest building in the world.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2013

It is amazing how a communist government could built this magnificent Palace just to show power as it is hardly used for the enormous size of it. Well decorated with sumptuous saloons. Tourist can't visit all of it but in 2 hours you get an idea.

“If you want to see a vestige from communism...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2013

The building itself is impressive, 1000 rooms, luxury materials used for this crazy construction, huge rooms. marmor everywhere... You will pay 25 RON (6 euros) for visiting the place, approx a one hour tour.

"Massive" isn't a very original adjective to use, I know - but wow!!! Definitely recommend it, take a guided tour.
