“Excelent museum”
Reviewed January 24, 2013

The Antipa Museum is a value of Bucharest. Is verry modern and still clasic. Everywere is technology. The info- touches are having great informatios about dioramas. And talking about dioramas, there are looking verry realistic. The dimensions of them are quite big. There is a cave which is aprox. 25 meters long. The atmosphere in that cave is the same like in the real one. Was cold, the walls were wet, the light was low, and the stalactites and stalacmites looked verry real and some of them were real: you can't see the difference.
The gift shop is having a lot of souveniers and natural things: lava, fossils, butterflys and much more.
I really recomand to visit this museum, a must- see landmark.

Thank RobertStefanel

“Modern history”
Reviewed January 9, 2013

We were very surprised how sophisticated this museum was. The animals were displayed in their habitats with labelling and additional information accessible on iPads. The information was available in Romanian an English except the top floor which appeared incomplete

after being closed for modernisation for more than 2 years this museum reopened for the public at the end of 2011. i saw it severeal years ago and also today so i can tell you the new face of this museum is fresh and friendly for all his visitors.

if you like animals or biology this is the place that sould be put top in your agenda for a visit.
very easy to find at "Piata Victoriei", close to the metro station , everybody knows to point it on a map or show you directions to it. the prices are 20 Ron for an adult or 10 for a child and the tour takes for a bout 90 min
