Description: Crama Domneasca was founded between the ruins of the Princely Palace (The Old Court). It's an old place that preserves the longest historical evidence from Bucharest (13th century). At Crama Domneasca, besides the authentic place, we kept the traditional Romanian cuisine, the atmosphere and the music of the old-time feasts. We prepare a lot of rich foods, old recipes, gathered from the traditional Romanian cuisine. All spiced with great wines, carefully chosen. We are proud with our artistic program, performed by Taraf Leonard Iordache, one of the best and most appreciated tarafs in the country and worldwide.

went there on 1st january at night time, for a lunch, the place was full with people, the place is a nice traditional romanian restaurant, we expected bad service, but in the end the staff was serious and nice and gave us a bonus at desert! really nice place and its on the old city, worth it to go there!

Nice place with a lovely room at the back. During summer you can eat outside, in ruins of the old palace. Good Romanian food. Only one problem, the Gypsy Band playing inside the local. At the very beginning it seems to be nice, but the music is very loud and it doesn't allow you to speak without shouting.

They have a lovely room at the back, with big glass windows over looking the ruins of the old palace, a fantastic Gypsy Band playing there every night, very good food on the grill, every thing needed for a perfect night out!

Had a very nice dinner here. I recommend the mix grill for 2 pers, which had some very tasty sausages as well as the princely potatoes. Be sure to warm up your system with a shot of local zuica

It was not a bad experience, but I was a little bit disappointed (maybe my expectations were a little too high). Located in the Bucharest old city center, you can easily spot it. Once you go inside, the atmosphere is pleasant, typical traditional Romanian restaurant, with a nice view to the Medieval walls of the Old Court. The service was ok, but during our visit they were very busy (the place was very crowded) and we waited a lot for our order to be taken and then for the food to be served. As for the food, some was good (actually delicious), some was not. I was especially disappointed by the "smoked rib on the sword", which was not on a sword, was very salty and seemed like cheap supermarket bacon put in a pan. Prices are so-so, I can't complain about it. I especially liked the live band playing traditional Romanian music and the bar decorations. Would recommend to others, but only with a heads-up warning.
