Quieter because it's on a side street, leaving the madding crowd to others. Cold beer, and a very good hamburger, not something easily found in Bucharest. Inside, this place was designed and built from the ground up as a restaurant, not a make over. There is a rooftop deck, but we didn't investigate it. Given the excellent main dining area, the rooftop should be very good.

We ordered chicken, turkey and pork and they were burnt, almost not edible.

I would like to add the fact that these were separate dishes, I can understand a mistake... but three?

Yet you charge people almost 40 RON for a burnt dish, are you serious?

Never again.

Both classy and friendly, the Ace offers excellent food in a five-star location with high-end technical comfort features. In the loud and screamy environment of Bucharest's old city the Ace is primarily an island of safe atmosphere with a hands-on management which always improves the menu. No matter the visit is with business, friends, family, couple or solo purposes, it is welcome and suitable at the Ace. I don't know if it has Michelin stars but I would give them a few :)

I preferred this place as it was off one of the side streets and close to the edge of old town. The outside seating was more stylish as was their menu. Friendly lady served us regular varied drinks and we had some nibbles to keep us going. Mate had Hummus and said it was fabulous. Inside was empty due to the nice weather but was clean and smart.
