There was a fair choice of food, and some interesting menu items, but not a great selection of vegetarian/vegan options. The service was fast and friendly-staff were attentive but not overpowering. We had lunch here, and there were only three other people in the restaurant, but this was the same everywhere we went-nowhere was busy at any time of day or night, irrespective of what the guide books said. This obviously affects the atmosphere, but this was not a problem. The price was cheaper than we expected as we understand this is one of Zagreb's finest restaurants. The food was honest and unpretentious, and definitely tasty, but nothing mind-blowing and the portions were quite small. We were given a jug of tap water at no extra charge with the wine we ordered, which seems to go against what some of the previous reviews said. A nice stop off on one of Zagreb's prettiest streets. Worth a look-the menus are outside so see if anything takes your fancy before you commit.
