Unique part of Zagreb Town history, which everybody needs to visit in any time of a year. Place is peaceful and one of my perfect places to find a moment for myself. I suggest to visit it during a day, with a cup of coffee or tea and good book.

Very romantic and filled with history.
Take your time and explore every yard. Also there is a tunnel underneath it that was used for military during history.Really interesting.alot of nice apots for photography.
Take the little tram to upper town. It's a little attraction on itself and give a great view. Next to all the museums it's great to just have a walk and enjoy the scenery. Don't forget to see St. Marks Church, the little hidden shrine to Virgin Mary and the 'moving' mural of a whale.
Very pleasant historical centre, several beautiful churches (St. Mark is definitely worth a visit, it's the one with the famous roof with brightly coloured roof tiles in a pattern). If you can time your visit so that you find yourself in the Ul. Ivana Tkalčića at a good time for your breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or a beer: it's a great place to sit down and watch people...
Gornji Grad is very memorable place with amazing atmosphere and many historical buildings and streets around. Gornji Grad is very good for walking...especially at the evening with your partner it very nice.
Quaint streets lanes and delightful old buildings. Don't miss the fresh produce market. Take the time to sit and watch the world go by.
