The roof is definitely worth seeing when in Zagreb. Very unusual and decorative. Not seen something like this before. I didn't go inside but I wish I had now.

Didn't go inside this church, but seeing it from the outside was enough for me. The colorful tiled roof is beautiful! A must see if you're in the Old Town area.

To me this St.Mark Church is one of the symbols of Zagreb. It's very nice to see even from the outside. I would regret it if I visit Zagreb and didn't get to see this.

This is a very imposing figure in Zagreb and in the spring sunshine gave me and my camera delight in taking pictures and admiring its beauty.

Sadly it wasnt iopen so I couldn't get into enjoy the inside.

The tiles were added in the 19th century to symbolise the unification of the 3 separate provinces of Croatia.

The left one features the chequerboard of Croatia, the 3 lions of Dalmatia & pine marten of Slavonia.

The right one is the coat of arms for Zagreb.
