There was nothing impressive about the hotel, except its general size.

The room was okay, though a bit old and lacking in electrical outlets (there was only one, behind the door). The Internet in our room was barely there, and we weren't at the 'far' end of the hotel (from the reception), so it probably can be worse. The location is kind of bad, as it's quite far from the center (tip: go towards the large-ish roundabout and under it you'll find a tram stop, take 7 to the center)

The room did have a rather large balcony and the were staff nice (though, slightly on the confused side), it was quite clean, food was okay, and we weren't dissatisfied overall, but I wouldn't call the hotel very good.

Also! We found a doppelgänger of Manuel from Fawlty Towers in the restaurant, so there's that.

I stayed in this hotel on a bussines trip for two nights, and was quite satisfied with it. Clean room and bathroom, with OK breakfast. Only two problems were it's quite a distance from the center of Zagreb, and on 4th floor there wasn't wifi internet, although it could be used in the lobby. 5 minute walk away was the "Arena Zagreb" Mall with shops, restaurants and supermarket to satisfy everyones taste.

OK hotel for sleep-over, without expecting services beside that.

The hotel is very basic. The rooms are dated, the bathrooms are terrible and claustrophobic.
I don't remember the lats time I entered an hotel that had a key instead of the usual magnet card.
The internet doesn't work on the 4th floor and staff, despite being nice and helpful, make up excuses to cover hotel's poor facilities.
Location is poor too as it is quite far away from town and the only way to get there is by taxi which, thankfully, are quite cheap.
If you decide to go for this hotel and you have kids, be carefull if they decide to watch tv as the porn channel is available and uncripted......

Room Tip: if you want to be connected to the internet ask for a room not located on the 4th floor

I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2012. The room is clean. The aircondition works. The hotel has a beauty of its own as it still has a 70's look and natural stones has been used in the lobby area. The selection at the breakfast buffet is basic and they can be very slow to fill up the empty trays. So be there before 7 am to make sure there is a reasonable selection and cutlery available. The hotel is 20 minutes by bus from Zagreb center (bus no. 234). 100m (300 feet) from the hotel is the Zagreb Arena and 300m (1000 feet) away is the large shoppingmall "Arena center". The exit from the highway is also only 300m (1000 feet) away so the location of the hotel could not be better if you are in Zagreb as a tourist as I was.
Given the low rate, the good location and that the rooms are in a reasonable state, this is a good place to stay if you are in Zagreb as a tourist.

The hotel worked out quite cheap when we booked through booking.com. The hotel is slightly dated but clean with a helpful staff. Internet was available in our room on the first floor. The hotel is in a quite residential area which is a good 45 mins walk from the train station. The location is good for the arena or for those requiring easy access to the motorway but going to the centre of Zagreb will cost you 14HRK each way and the last bus is around 11pm.

This hotel has the potential to be a very nice hotel but at present it isn't. The hotel is dated and either smells of stale tobacco or air freshener. There are many things that are wrong from the simplest of things like no laundry bags in the room and broken showers brackets to more important matters like very poor quality breakfast and food in general. The location of the hotel is poor but I guess it is saved by being close to stadium that holds concerts.

I visited this hotel last month, stayed for one night travelling through croatia by car.
The hotel is very big, the rooms are small and outdated, windows and doors really old, if you stay on the 4th floor you will need A/C because you if you open your window ,millions of mosquitoes will enter(there are millions of small flying insects the air near the hotel). The toilet of my room smelled really bad.Good free parking place.Good breakfast, you have to get a voucher from the reception for that.Zagreb Arena is real close, get there by foot,The shoping center is really shops open untill 21.00, but you can find Mc Donalds ,cafes, pizza until late at night.
