Average hotel, rooms comfortable and spacious, beds not great. We had the continental breakfast in the cafe - expensive at 9 euros and the worst breakfast we've had on our whole trip to Croatia. Gym was nice. Location convenient for bus station and trams.

I've now stayed here three times on business and its just a great hotel in a great location. It does not pretend to be anything it's not, but rather delivers on what it is; well priced, well located and with good staff. I simply don't stay anywhere else in Zagreb,

Stayed here on a Friday night. The hotel seemed quite new and was mondernly decorated. The room was very clean and the bathroom too.
Staff were very helpful and polite. Whilst we didn't use the gym, it seemed to have what you would need for a quick work out, including a steam room and sauna.
Try to get a deal where breakfast is included otherwise you'll be paying about €15 each, which is far too expensive (it was lovely though), because you only pay around €5 in town for a good feed.
The old town is a slow 20 minute walk away, but you pass the old train station and walk by a lovely park, so it's a nice walk.
We parked in the underground car park below the hotel and didn't find this too expensive. It was the equivalent of about £1 per hour. On weekends, it's free between approximately 8am and 4pm.
Please tick the box if you found this helpful, thank you.

Room Tip: A quiet foom would be one facing inside the courtyard.

Strategically located between the main bus and train stations. Great insulation, our room overlooked the main road and never heard a thing with the window closed. We opened it to try to cool the room without turning on the a/c but closed it after a few minutes as smoke from outdoors cafe downstairs wafted in. Very comfortable beds.

This was our second stay in this hotel.
Me and some friends went here before 2 years ago and wrote some 'improvements' on the feedback card. After this stay i wonder if they ever read them.

A quick overview of our experience

++ Good location
++ Very clean and big rooms
++ Very modern gym
++ They stored our luggage until we could check in

-- Very slow internet
-- We asked on the second day to fix our airconditioning... they would send someone up right away. We never saw him!
-- The spa had two broken hottubs two years ago. This time they were still broken and we could only use one!
-- They asked for our roomnumbers three days in a row by the same guy. A little bit of memory would be appriciated.
-- From 10 o'clock they are just looking at you like 'go away!' They should wait until 10.30 because then they close.
-- At breakfast you have to scavange for some cuttlery from other tables. They take a long time to reset the table.

This is in general our experience. They are a good hotel but should work on there flaws!

Room Tip: Rooms between x03 and x08 (or 9) are on the quiet side. The rooms x02 and x03 (like 402 and 403) ha...

Very friendly staff. Large rooms, comfy beds, and clean. Cafe/restaurant is a bit pricey- better to walk 20 min to city square and find a more affordable place to eat. Parking is expensive if you are parking overnight..find a place on the street for free. There is a late night cheap pizza place next door where all the backpackers eat if you want a quick cheap bite. Overall very nice stay. Would come back again.

I picked this hotel because we had an early train to Ljubljana and this was the perfect location for us. The train station was a quick 5-8 minute walk away. We could also hop on the 6 tram which took us right into the main square, described as the Times Square of Zagreb. We did not buy the breakfast which I found very expensive at 14.5 Euro per person. The room was bright, the bathroom spacious and the wifi worked well. The king bed was really two twins. The hotel also had a very nice gym but the Jacuzzis did not seem to be working so we didn’t take advantage of that.
