I ate dinner at Konoba Dodov San today and enjoyed the food very much. I had the veal and lamb platter, at the server's recommendation, and the creme brûlée! The entire meal was delicious and the service was very good! I highly recommend the restaurant. Also, it is located in a lovely historic part of town, up a hill. Very interesting architecture.

Location: at a quiet street corner, right where needed after exploring Zagreb.

Speed: fast service, but there are two dishes in the menu that require calling 2 hours in advance.

Service: very good, speak English, work fast.

Food: one of the best (if not the best) eating at very low prices! Absolutely no regrets, came back the next day and made a 5km walk detour just to eat there. We were 4 with different tastes, yet all ate so much and were more than pleased by the food.

Verdict: must see/eat place in Zagreb!

Totaly recomended! Great local food, friendly service. The plates are huge and delicious. Just ask for a recomendations to a waiter and you will be completely satisfied.
Prices are also very reseanable for the service and the taste experience you will receive!
Just go and try it,you will not regret that!

Food is nice and tasty. Price is a bit expensive but ok. Setting is nice and feels very traditional. I recommend ustipci with homemade cheese.
