We were looking for a place to watch the Euro Cup and eat that the same time...You'll be surprised at how many places in Zagreb look so inviting, but don't serve food - only alcohol or coffee...
We had read about Agava, and walked past at about 9:30pm...they had the game projected on a wall outside - in perfect view from an open table.
So, the food was delicious. The service was impeccable and so friendly. When we returned to Zagreb two weeks later, I was tempted to spend our last night there. Unfortunately, we chose another restaurant...next time we're in Zagreb, we'll visit Agava again...you should too!

Great meal. Server was friendly and funny. Terrace is very nice - good way to rise above the buzz of the strip below. Would definitely return.

Great ambient, great staff. Food is delicious but basically no items for vegetarians. The portions are waaaay to small for the price.

Ate risoto with cheese from Pag, very delicious. But too small a portion.

Lucky to stumble across this bistro amongst the usual pubs on a main tourist path in Zagreb - not cheap but very good value for money, great serving staff, and a menu to please everyone. I will return!

Nice restaurant in the pedestrian area of zagreb.
Service is very good and the food is good but prices are a bit high regarding the quality ( nice food but definitly not gourmet cuisine).
