The hotel is so small and so hidden that you can miss even if you are in the front of it. It is not a five star hotel, but the personnel definitely deserves five stars. Speaking good English and being very friendly they make your stay pleasant and enjoyable.

The hotel is placed at the limit if the old city center, where you can take a walk to admire the old orthodox churches and to take a dinner in the many small restaurants nearby.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are acceptably large with minibar and free of charge wireless Internet connection. They offer a la carte breakfast which is just OK for such a small hotel.

I would recommend the hotel for business travelers and even for the ones coming during their holidays to visit Sofia. It is perfect for young couples wishing to spend less.

I’m staying at this Hotel right now. So what can I say, it’s a budget hotel, in a great location, with rooms that are both spacious and spotless. The staff are amazing, friendly and can’t help you enough. I’m defiantly going to be staying again in the future.

Room Tip: They offer different size rooms at difference prices, so chose one that meets your requirement

We were too people and booked the suite (twin beds).
The breakfast was not a buffet, instead they had a menu and whatever you choose they prepare it at the moment, ready made food! :)
The room was clean and big, separate spaces with the tv, the desk, the sofa, etc.. and the another room for the beds. Also, two closets. The toilet was filling the water continuously, making some annoying noise, and they fixed immediately. The beds were quite comfortable, and no noise from the street (we were lucky thought, the window was aside the main road).
They had AC, even though it was not really needed during the night, but you could refresh the room before going to sleep.
The people in the reception were very pleasant. They help me find places to buy some goods and gave good recommendations.
Also, I was working in the conference center next to the hotel, so the location was just perfect. The main shopping and restaurant streets were just 5 minutes from the hotel, and the main city sightseeings were 10-15 minutes. The whole touristic route from the hotel took me 2 hours, fair enough.
The only unconvenience was the dark park next to the hotel, the first night was scary to cross it, the next nights I just round it, and it was totally fine!

small family run hotels can be a bit risky in Bulgaria, not this one.

although too much smoke in the hallways upon arrival, rooms did not smell like smoke and were clean. Spacious room, decent bathrooms and friendly front office staff that speaks english.

if you want to stay in the city center and rather spend your money on other things, this hotel is worth booking.

When returning to Sofia i will book this place again.

Reception:

Helpful staff, some speak English, it's better of course if you speak Bulgarian.

Price:

We had a junior suite at a very good rate.

Room:

Big bathroom, living room with 2 sofas + desk + TV + minibar and big bedroom + closet + safe + TV.

The room was clean every day.

Breakfast:

No buffet, you get a menu and you have to choose one of the alternatives. Got abit boring after some days but was ok.

Location:

It's on the center of the city, close to NDK maybe some minutes walk from Sofia City Center mall.

Security:

They were locking after 23.00 I think and it was ok in general.

Parking:

Just one place in front of the hotel or you have to go to a private one nearby

Overall:

OK hotel, clean, good rates, in the center. If you are looking for something comfortable, then it is a good option.

I stayed several times in the Zenith. Knowing many of the rooms and the appartments at the top floor I'm happy to say that it's a great hotel. It has the ambiance of a family ran hotel and they are very forcoming. They (and many others ) made my staying in Sofia a success and gave me a homely feeling.
Service and all other are very good.

See you soon. The dutchman from appartment 1. ;)

I stayed at the Zentih with a couple of friends during our trip to Sofia. Very happy with the experience. Get a good sized, clean room with air conditioning for a decent price. Service by the staff is excellent. Helped us out with all our questions. Was a good experience and can recommend it.
