the location is perfect for the train/bus station. but nothing else about this place would warrant a recommendation. i booked a nonsmoking room, but in a hotel that allows smoking at the reception desk, there's really no guarantee your room, towels and bedding won't smell like smoke.
my room was outdated, which would be fine, except it was also very unclean looking. the mattress pad had hairs embedded in it, the shower drain was cracked and half missing, there were stains on the walls, the towels smelled of smoke... the air conditioner didn't work very well and was coated in dust. i opened the window instead, but because of the way the curtains are hung, it's impossible to have the window open and the sheer curtain closed for privacy. since my room face the tram line and i was on the 2nd floor, it was quite noisy.
the room doors are very close together and i any time someone knocked on another door or tried to enter with their keycard, it sounded as if they were coming into my room.
don't be fooled by the photos... i found this place to be quite grim, though the woman at reception in the morning was very nice.More
